The Lady Fairfax Room is serving breakfast daily. The Far Bar is open daily and serves an extensive bar menu. Award winning Bentley
Restaurant + Bar, is open for Dinner Wednesday to Saturday and lunch from 12noon on Friday (Closed on Public Holidays).
